Polish Presidential Plane Crashed 132 Victims Died

Polish President Plane Fell

Smolensk - Polish presidential plane crash. A plane carrying the Presidents of Poland, Lech Kaczynski, from Warsaw to Russia crashed. Polish presidential aircraft fell near the airport of Smolensk, in western Russia, on Saturday (10/4/2010).

Russian news agencies, quoting Russian Emergency Ministry, reported that 87 people were killed in the accident. They said the plane that dropped the Polish president is kind of Tupolev Tu-154. Later reported the number of victims died from the fall of the Polish presidential aircraft reached 132 people.

A Polish officer at the airport told Reuters Smolensk says there is no information about survivors in the crash. The Polish presidential plane crashed about 1.5 km from the airport, the fog-covered Smolensk.
