Around 200 people were buried by landslides near the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Thursday (8 / 4), one day after a major flood occurred in the region. Floods caused by torrential rain in the last 50 years that killed 150 people.
Rescue personnel immediately tried to evacuate victims of landslides in the city of Niteroi who yesterday also attacked this flood disaster. Approximately 20 people successfully evacuated.
